Founded in 1995 by the Rosemary Beach Land Company, the vision of the 107-acre community was a combination of new urbanism and the traditional design of a walkable neighborhood. The inspiration for planning came from community charm, knowing thy neighbor and pure convenience in a local market, proximity to the Beach, or quickly grabbing a bite out, all while leaving the car at home.

Community amenities include a fitness trail, gym, three outdoor pools, an indoor pool, upscale shopping, and some of the best restaurants we have had the pleasure of dining at, all within walking distance. The main source of travel comes in the form of two pedals on a comfortable beach cruiser. Just outside of Rosemary Beach are restaurants and shopping plazas, all within biking distance.  

 

Let's not forget about the main reason we are here, the beautiful Beaches of the Gulf. Rosemary has done a superb job getting you there. Thirteen tree-arched pathways lead you straight to the Beach accesses no matter your location within the community.
