Welcome to Sanctuary by the Sea! Our condo community is boasted to be one of the premier resorts on the exclusive 30A highway.  'Dune our Thing' is a wide-open 2300 sq ft condo with three bedrooms, all hosting an ensuite bathroom, full luxury kitchen, beverage bar, and ice maker.

The Sanctuary by the Sea community is one of the premier resorts on the exclusive 30A highway just down the road from the Grayton Beach four-corner stop. Guests are invited to this sprawling 23-acre establishment which borders a protected coastal dune lake and wildlife preserves, for the ultimate beach vacation experience. The resort is one of the few areas claiming a genuinely private beach. Since it is on a beach surrounded by protected land, there are rarely too many people! Sanctuary by the Sea offers on-site beach chairs and umbrella rentals if you choose. Our lavish condo sits on the main level of the complex overlooking two of the custom-sculpted pools with waterfalls and fountains along with an oversized hot tub. Outdoor grilling stations and gas fireplaces are located throughout the common areas for guest enjoyment and relaxation.
'Dune our Thing' is a wide-open 2300 sq ft area with three bedrooms, all hosting an ensuite bathroom, full luxury kitchen, beverage bar, and ice maker. The outdoor deck spans the condo overlooking the pool and taking in the sounds of the waterfall just below. 

The Space: 
~ Guest Bedroom 1 - King ADA-equipped bedroom and wheelchair-compatible bathroom.
~ Guest Bedroom 2 - Custom Bunkbeds sleeping four and bathroom with a tub/shower combo single vanity
~ Main Bedroom - King Bed with bathroom including tile stall shower, jetted bathtub, and dual vanity. 
~ Kitchen includes high-end Viking appliances and a gas stove for quick and easy stay-in meals. A second kitchen island also gives ample storage, food prep space, or a great grab-and-go food setup for easy vacation meals. 
~ Full beverage bar with all the accouterment for that beachy toast time. Minibar sink, full-size Kitchenaid ice maker, wine cooler, blender, and all the jazz. 
~ Living area is open to both the dining and kitchen area and has two exits to the expansive poolside balcony. 
~ Dining options include the indoor table and a sizeable six-seater teak table by the poolside. 
~ Half bath and laundry room with front-loading machines are off the open space kitchen, dining, and living room.
